I was born and raised in Cape Cod Massachusetts. I grew up going to the beach, sailing, skiing, and more. I have spent a month every year camping in Maine growing up. Because of this, I was drawn to the nature and the Maine coast. Now I spend most of my time here for school and camping and hiking in the summer.
I am a Media Studies Major at the University of Maine. I double minor in New Media and Marketing. I enjoy learning about the history of media and how it affects certain groups of people. With my minors I love applying the history I learn to create my own digital media.
In high school I was involved in an HL (higher level) art course. Within this course, Students were given a free range of materials and concepts for our art. This is where I found my love for mixed media art, hands on and digital. Check out the genre "Mixed Media art" to see some of my work.
